Kingdom Hearts has been massive these past 10 years. The series was widely acclaimed and also popular so much that it can be called one of the best video game series of this generation. This year is the 10th anniversary of the franchise. And to give honor to Sora, Riku and the entire series, Famitsu will have their April 12, 2012 issue of Weekly Famitsu as Kingdom Hearts 10th Anniversary Special.
The Weekly Famitsu on that day will feature articles about the game as well as pictures, comments, and illustrations submitted by their readers. The deadline for the readers to submit whatever they want to submit will be on March 11, 2012 (whoah, tomorrow!) at 11:00 P.M. Why so early? They will be filtering the submissions so that only original works get submitted. That means they will verify everything if your submission is yours, or just from someone else who posted it in the Internet.
Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance will be release in Japan on March 29, 2012, exactly 10 years and 1 day after the first game was released in Japan. What a way to celebrate a franchise.
