Capcom Has The Largest Booth in the Tokyo Game Show

Interesting points from the Tokyo Game Show is that almost 70% of the games are for smartphones. But the largest booth belongs to Capcom.

Speaking with Gamasutra, this is what Andrew Szymanski (Global Production Team Manager) has to say:
“For Capcom, this year's TGS booth is the largest we've ever had, and the largest booth on the floor at TGS, because that's how much product we have to show off. And I love that we have LP3 and RE6, which are of course popular titles, but then you have Gyakuten Saiban, and mobile stuff."
Looking at how the Tokyo Game Show will continue in the future, he thinks, though, that the event will only be relevant to Japan in the coming years and will not be the place to show things relevant to the industry in the worldwide scale.

"One thing I've noticed over the years is that TGS is not a venue for new announcements like it used to be."
