Roughly translated as Convenient Tool For Adventurers On the Go: Vol.1., it will alert a 3DS owner on any Dragon Quest X update. It can also do some StreetPass exchanges and view information about friends and support characters.
What's more is that it's free! It's just an app anyway to compliment when you already own Dragon Quest X. It's probably the last important game for the Wii so better end it with a bang. :)
