The company that Mario had build announced their first fiscal loss ever. The net loss amounted to 43.2 Billion Yen while in the previous year, the company posted a net profit of more that 70 Billion Yen.

Now, lots of things happened - disruptive technology, add the strong Yen against the Dollar and the Euro. The good news is that Satoru Iwata assured the investors that they will be turning in a profit this year due to the fact that production cost for the Nintendo 3DS will decline and the anticipation of the Wii U.

Looks like the gloom and doom haters are back! But hey, the year is not yet over. As a Nintendo fan, I might be biased when I say we have the whole year for the company to turn things around. Until it doesn't happen that it will be the time, we'll never know.

What do you guys think?
