With the upcoming release of Kid Icarus: Uprising, and the recent release of the NES game in Japan, Nintendo has been keen to make it a point that players outside Japan should revisit other games in the old franchise as well. Just how many games out there is about Pit? uhh 2?
Nevertheless, the original game that started Pit's adventures, Kid Icarus, is coming to the eShop in North America before Uprising's release. That means players who want a gist of what had happened before can get a chance to play the game instead of reading it at Wikipedia.
