I'm busy working right now. As in very busy. However, I have learned through gaming site Pocket Gamer that the final DLCs for Fire Emblem: Awakening has been delivered.
Two new maps are added to the game's Outrealm Gate - Future Past 3 and Apotheosis. Future Map 3 completes the Future Past trilogy of DLCs. Apotheosis, however, as Serene Forests has detailed, is going to be very difficult. The stats of the characters are way way higher only the best among us can probably fight them. But of course, if you are a Fire Emblem fan, you already have a way to fight it right?
If you can complete the Apotheosis map, (which I should tell you, lets you face off against a wave of enemies), you'll get the chance to recruit Katarina. Yes. Her. The one in Heroes of Light and Shadow. In case you don't know, Heroes of Light and Shadow is the second game in the Fire Emblem series starring Marth. Also, in that game, the player's created unit plays a special role. And it features Katarina, the sorcerer who betrayed Marth at the start of that game's story.
And with that, surely, Fire Emblem's Awakening's run in the gaming press is coming to a close. A wonderful game, all that's left is my review of it. I'll probably do it in 2 week's time.
