Meet Ninfia
Ninfia is an evolved form of Eevee, a Pokemon known to evolve to various types depending on what stone/time of the day/etc you use to evolve it. From the magazine scan, we can see that it is covered in slight yellow fur with orange on the tip of its tail and feet. Apparently, Ninfia's designer made it have something that looks like a "bowtie" I suspect that this will be an important body part that it will use for attacking.
The confirmation comes from a CoroCoro magazine leak. This magazine, famous for revealing new and upcoming Pokemon details, puts Eevee just on the lower right corner of the sneak peek (check picture) with an arrow that apparently means that Ninfia evolves from it. I don't think we need to understand the Kanji there to figure as much. And oh, when I first glanced at it, I thought it was an evolved form of Victini.
Ninfia's first appearance will be on the upcoming short film, Eevee and Friends which will air before the main upcoming Pokemon film: Extreme Speed Genesect and the Awakening of Mewtwo. I suspect that Ninfia will of course be available on Pokemon X and Y game.
