Nintendo Cuts 3DS AC Adapter Price in Japan

If you are wanting a brand new Nintendo 3DS XL, you are lucky if you live outside Japan because the AC adapter will be included when you buy the hardware. The case is not the same in Japan wherein it will be sold separately.

But if you actually are in Japan, wants a 3DS XL, and (surprisingly) you currently don't own the original 3DS or even the DSi, at least the AC Adapter's price will now be at 1000 Yen. That's 500 yen off for you. I think Nintendo is doing everything to cut the price of their new hardware, but figured it will sell more if the pricing point of one important accessory is reduced.
