Titans Will Eat You When You Lose In Upcoming Shingeki no Kyojin 3DS Game

If you are a Shingeki no Kyojin / Attack on Titan fan, you probably know that a game based on the series is coming to the Nintendo 3DS in Japan. And while we still don't know a lot about it, some details have already surfaced on the Internet.

Apparently, in this game, the 3D maneuvers will be put into good use as it tries to capture the essence of speed in the anime / manga. I wonder though, if that will make one feel dizzy. There will also be some RPG elements as your character gains experience when defeating the titans.

4 players can play this Nintendo 3DS game simultaneously, and confirmed characters include Eren (of course), Mikasa (of course), and Armin (of course!)

So uhm, where is Levi? We still don't know. What we do know is that when playing the game, your character getting killed will make the Titan eat you. Kind of creepy, especially when the 3D is turned on and you are using a Nintendo 3DS XL. You might even see the Titan's esophagus!

So what are the chances of this game getting localized? Barely. Unless the anime gets localized, there's no way the game can come. The chances of that not happening is high, but it is an ideal candidate for a localization. First, it's single IP, licensed probably to a single company in the US (though not yet). Thus there will be no licensing issues, which is often the case with some Japanese games. 2nd, it's a really popular anime. I can see Cartoon Network airing it soon.

Come on guys, bring this game in English soon.
