Pokemon: The Origin is All About The First Generation of Pokemon Games

A new Pokemon anime brings to life the original first generation of Pokemon games. Move over Ash? Read more on N-Handhelds, your Pokemon blog:

Entitled Pokemon: The Origin, this anime revolves around the adventures of Red as he travels through the Kanto region. If you have played the first Pokemon games, this anime will be very nostalgic to you. We all know that the first season of the Pokemon anime closely follows the original games, but Red is given another name, Ash. And he was given a Pikachu.

I still like the Pokemon anime as it is before and today. I still think of Ash as Red and that he is just continuing his journey. Looks like this new anime will try to get that out of my mind (ugh) because it sets to be a faithful adaptation of Pokemon Red, Gree, and Blue.
