Project X Zone Being Developed By Monolith Software

Famitsu's release reveals that the Nintendo 3DS game Project Cross Zone, which is a collaborative game between Sega, Namco Bandai, and Capcom will be developed by Monolith Software. Other details include the following:
  • Battles will be grid-based, Attacking a character will warp both of you in a battle scene wherein you can use the D-Pad and the A button to attack and perform combos.
  • Characters will gain additional skills as they level up. (well, kinda obvious, but the skills will be up to 5 for this game)
  • Using multiple skills will reward the player more than using the same skill over and over.
  • There is a gauge called XP (Cross Point.) When it becomes full you can unleash a special attack.
  • Battles are fully - voiced and there are cut-ins during special attacks.
