Nintendo 3DS Website is Unveiled - Hardware Specifications and Game Titles Listed

 

Nintendo has officially opened its Japanese 3DS website. It is packed with a lot of information about the 3DS as well as 3DS advertisements and CM's featuring the Japanese boy band Arashi. Andriasang also noted that the website has a hardware section about the 3DS. Things that are included are the following:

1. Comparison between the sizes of a 3DS and DS cartridges.
2. The adapter for DSi and DSi XL (LL in Japan) is compatible with the 3DS.
3. Visual Quality is better that the previous DS handhelds
4. DS games played on the 3DS will not mean improved visual quality for the game.
5. Even in sleep mode, the 3DS can still exchange (and/or transfer) data via StreetPass such as the mii.
6. You can pause the game and bring the Home Menu back and pause the game.
