Menu For Super Smash Bros. 3DS Revealed

The director of Super Smash Bros., Masahiro Sakurai, has revealed what the menu for the 3DS version of Super Smash Bros. looks like. Sakurai says that they had a hard time creating it because the bottom screen displays images matching each game mode.

The bottom screen displays pictures matching each mode! This was quite a task for the UI (User Interface) designers, but they made it happen. Kudos to them! You can tap the screen to look up additional info like how to play–complete with diagrams.

New System Update Now Available For 3DS

Nintendo has released a second system update for the Nintendo 3DS for the month. Update 8.1.0-18U adds improvement to the overall system stability and other minor adjustments to enhance user experience. The update is now available so make sure to get it!  

Sonic Boom Gets North American Release Dates

The release date for the Sonic Boom games coming to the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U have been announced by SEGA and Nintendo of America. The 3DS game, Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal, will arrive in stores on November 11th while the Wii U game, Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric, will arrive in stores on November 18th.

Sega Reveals New Characters In The Sonic Boom Universe

Sega has revealed a set of new characters from the Sonic Boom universe. The characters come from the upcoming game for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U as well as the Sonic Boom TV show. They are not yet playable characters as they are still 'works in progress' and concept imagery. You can view all the new characters here.

Nintendo America Wants Feedback On Their E3 2014 Coverage

Nintendo America is conducting a survey to find out what gamers thought about how they ran their E3 2014 coverage.
