For all the Pokemon news and information I wasn't able to post, here is my blog entry for that. As much as possible, I tried staying away from things that were really unannounced (cough, the leaks) but just stay tuned on the relevant sources for my Pokemon news. And in all honesty, I want to save up all my excitement because the games are just freaking days away for being released. Anyways, for the uninformed such as myself here are all the Pokemon news that I have gathered:

Pokemon X and Y 3DS XL

Special editions of the Nintendo 3DS themed after Pokemon X and Y is now out in the wild. The game's not included, but you can definitely buy the consoles here and here.

Mega Charizard X and Mega Charizard Y

The next generation of Pokemon games will be having two megaevolutions of Charizard. The one that we know previously was actually Charizard Y, the other one is Charizard X, a freaking Dragon and Fire type Pokemon that looks so awesom and also powerful. I initially wanted Pokemon Y, but getting Charizard X makes me consider getting X instead. (side note: the video above is from my YouTube channel.) Here's a pic of Charizard X from Pokemon The Origin anime:

Two Fairy Type Pokemon

Pokemon Aromatisse and Slurpuff
Aromatisse and Slurpuff
Aromatisse and Slurpuff are two fairy type Pokemon that have been announced by Nintendo. Aromatisse, as its name suggests, is a fragrance Pokemon and has a healing ability. It is the evolved form of spritzee. Slurpuff is the evolved form of Swirlix and can use Sweet Veil, a move I often use with Vileplume.

A New Method of Downloading Event Pokemon

We know that we can get event Pokemon through Wireless, Wifi, and Infrared with Mystery Gift. Now, we can also used Serial Codes. Of course, events are still region-locked though. :)

Pokemon Bank

A new way of storing your Pokemon is the Nintendo 3DS app called Pokemon Bank. In this way, your Pokemon are safe in a cloud storage, allowing you to transfer them in future Pokemon games. It will have a fee of $4.99 a year, but will be free up January 31, 2014. It will launch in North America on December 27.

There were so many more news about the new generation of Pokemon games that, unfortunately, will be the subject of newer posts here in my blog so definitely stay tuned for more.
