Yes. Square Enix is bringing Bravely Default: Flying Fairy to the Nintendo eShop in Japan. And what's more, at 5,400 yen, it is definitely cheaper than the retail version which is at 6,090 yen.

Looks like demand in Japan is so big that Square Enix is giving it all they got to provide to the gamers what they want. It has implications though, that the company's titles are still hits, especially when done right, right there in their home country.
