From the recent Japanese news we got from the Internet we found out the following details about Animal Crossing for the Nintendo 3DS:
A Reset Center will be available, wherein Mr. Rosetti will be scolding the player when you attempted to reset. Also, the chance for you to make a morining village, a rich village,etc will be dependant on the certain conditions that you will meet.
Animal Crossing for the Nintendo 3Ds was announced in a Nintendo Direct Conference and will be available in Japan on November 8 this year and on early 2013 in the US.
