This is Senran Kagura anime as seen at Comiket 82. Yes, it's just, perhaps, a camera video but still looks awesome and, uhm, shaky. By shaking I did not mean the camera. See for yourself:
Senran Kagura the anime will come in 2013. We have plenty of time to wait. Perhaps some very good company out there will localize the games. Atlus? Aksys? XSeed? Anyone?
