Just in France, there is a WiFi event wherein you can get Victini. This is in line with the release of the two movies involving the Fire Pokemon - Pokemon Movie White: Victini and Zekrom and Pokemon Movie Black: Victini and Reshiram. If you have the French release, I guess this is a perfect time to get Victini. If the legends hold true that it can truly bring victory in battle, then, get the Pokemon now. :)
