For the week March 25 -April 1, Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance dominates the charts while the Nintendo 3DS sells like hotcakes again in Japan. Below's the software sales in Japan.
(Take note that after the top 10, we only track down any Nintendo DS or 3DS game that made it from number 11 - 20.)

As you can see from above, Kingdom Hearts 3D sold around 213,000 units which is like 100k + more than the next game in number 2 - Pro Baseball Spirits from Konami. In another report from Andriasang, it seems that the recent Sora adventure sells out 64% of its stock. While it's less than what Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days have sold in its first week, it should be noted that there are 20 million plus units of Nintendo DS sold in its time of release while there are only 5 million Nintendo 3DS in the wild right now.
Also we can still see Kid Icarus: Uprising in the charts. Worth mentioning is that it only has around 170,000 lifetime sales in a number of weeks, while Kingdom Hearts 3D, a third party Nintendo 3DS game has 200K plus units in its first week alone. Pokemon X Nobunaga's Ambition, which will be having its English debut soon, also has 200K plus units, still more than Kid Icarus: Uprising.
Video Game Hardware Sales for the Week March 25 - April 1, 2012

2. PS3: 23,771 (25,750)
3. PSP: 18,356 (19,875)
4. PSV: 12,105 (10,302)
5. Wii: 9,292 (9,270)
6. PS2: 1,374 (1,333)
7. X360: 1,317 (1,084)
8. DSi LL: 941 (1,058)
9. DSi: 771 (778)
The Nintendo 3DS probably get a boost from the Square Enix game because of the whooping sales figure we see above. The Playstation Vita gets a 2K plus boost this week though I wonder what caused that at the moment.
My super awesome source:
