According to Team Ninja Head Yosuke Hayashi, Dead or Alive: Dimensions has varying framrates depending on the mode you are playing it. When you play it in 2D, you will be having it at 60 frames per second. When you play it with the 3D effects on, it will be down to 30 frames per second.
The game will actually be still 60 frames per second overall, but it's just 30 per eye since the 3DS will be displaying different images to each of your eyes.
For one, this is one of the games that makes me raise my eyebrow when the title first appeared in E3 as one of the games for the 3DS. At first I thought of why since Nintendo has been targeting the family segment for ages. E3 was the day I realize that the 3DS is targeted to older gamers.
Be ready for Dead or Alive: Dimensions in March!
