New Super Mario Bros. Hits The 6 Million Mark

The DS game New Super Mario Bros has made a landmark 6.01 million copies sold since it was released in 2006, making it the biggest game in the Nintendo DS handheld.

I personally enjoyed playing the title, making it one of those games I get to enjoy even at night. Plus Mario is old-school. Even a non-gamer will recognize the plumber thus making the title a hit to the casual audience Nintendo has targeted with the DS early on.
