"Production on Layton vs Ace Attorney is at its climax. It's like my entire life is focused on it. While I still can't say much, it's progressing well, so please wait a bit more."This is Shu Takumi's words in conversation with Takashi Miike, the director of the Ace Attorney film. It basically means that while he, Capcom, and Level-5 aren't speaking much in the press, they were toiling, working towards the game's eventual release.
Takumi also mentioned how he has less say in the movie's development, which he basically sums up that it is not his forte and will focus more on games than the movie. Of course, Gyakuten Saiban the Movie has been big in Japan and will be seeing a DVD release later this August.
Speaking about the movie, looks like Miike is keen on having another film. Okay Takashi Miike, do that!
