This Week in Japan - 3DS at The Top, Vita Unsurprisingly Comes in Second

While the Nintendo 3DS continued to be the top selling hardware in Japan, the PS Vita came in second (double in sales.) This was actually not a surprise, since Persona 4 The Golden was released and actually is the number 1 selling game in Japan right now. Suffice to say, while I can hardly call it a PS Vita week, still it is enough for us to conclude that the system is not doomed. As long as there are games, the hardware will sell. And I hope sales of all the handheld consoles continue to do well so that our beloved game systems will not die with the onslaught of disruptive technology. You know what I'm talking about. :)

Anyhow, here's this week's top 10 games in Japan:
