Pokemon Black and White 2 is the No. 1 Game in Japan Right Now

The Pokemon franchise once again demonstrates its selling power in Japan. Selling 1.5 million units in 2 days, it is the number 1 game in Japan right now, outselling the entire top 20 combined.

Nintendo 3DS games continue to dominate the charts even in the top 20. And look at the big three still selling well and staying strong in the lower half of the top 20.

In the hardware department, it's interesting to note that sales of the Nintendo DSi and Nintendo DSi LL have spiked up to some hundreds probably because of Pokemon too. As long as there are games, those platform will not die. And you all know how massive the number of titles available for the Nintendo DS.
