In Pokemon Black and White 2, the adventure will begin in Aspertia City. Called Hiougi City in Japanese, this is probably the place where the grown Bianca will give you a starter Pokemon. As pointed out before, the starters for Pokemon Black and White 2 will be the same as in the previous version - Snivy, Tepig, and Oshawott.
And I adore Oshawott but I don't know if I'll pick him up again this time.
