Fire Emblem: Awakening, or Fire Emblem: Kakusei in Japan is having a Nintendo a Nintendo 3DS bundle in Japan. But it seems that the Japanese won't be able to buy the bundle everywhere. As gaming blog Tikisaurus has reported, the bundle will only be available though Japan's Nintendo Online Store.
I don't know if it will be a problem in Japan though, as majority of the Japanese have access to the Internet. If a similar case happens elsewhere, I doubt it will be a similar case.
Fire Emblem: Awakening gets released in Japan on April 19.
