A fan at Capcom-Unity asked Capcom directly why the Capcom USA is on the Japanese Website of Project Cross Zone, a collaboration game between the company, Sega, and Namco Bandai. As you know, these will feature characters from the various franchises of the game companies.
It turns out, Capcom USA actually owns the Street Fighter IP. And since Street Fighter characters will be in Project Cross Zone, hence a copyright of Capcom USA needs to be there. #intellectualpropertylaws :)
