Square Enix's 3DS Lineup at Jump Festa 2012 - Theatrythm, Kingdom Hearts 3D, and more Dragon Quest

Jump Festa 2012, a convention sponsored by Shueisha (the company behind Shounen Jump, and therefore has the license over important series such as Dragonball, Naruto, One Piece, and Bleach) will be held on December 17 and as usual Square Enix will participate. In the past, the video company has attended the event to announce new games or anything important about the company's major franchises.

This time, SE is on the Jump Festa floor and its 3DS line up includes the following:

Theatrythm: Final Fantasy - the rhythm game base on everything about Final Fantasy, it's like Ouendan (well, not likely) with a brand new twist featuring songs from all major FF titles. That means I'll be able to see Terra again (*blush :) )

Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance (3D) - When Nintendo first unveiled the Nintendo 3DS at E3 2010, one of the titles that has the louder applause was when Satoru Iwata said that Square Enix will support the handheld with a Kingdom Hearts game. Although Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance was absent in this years E3 (or is it? Please correct me in this one if I'm wrong,) SE continued to provide information about the series through the Tokyo Game Show and other press releases. Next year the game will come out in Japan and in this year's Jump Festa, Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance is finally playable.

Bravely Default: Flying Fairy - The oddly named series is from the guys who produced and directed Final Fantasy: the Four Heroes of Light. If SE succeeds and this becomes a hit, I imagine it becoming an important IP.

Slime Mori Mori Dragon Quest 3 - This game has already been released in Japan. I bet Dragon Quest's grip on Japanese culture is so strong that almost anything out of the franchise will be an instant hit.

Dragon Quest Monster's Terry's Wonderland 3D - This game had been released before for the Game Boy color. Now it was announced for a full 3D remake by SE in this year's Tokyo Game Show.
